How do I care for my alpaca garment?  
Treat your alpaca piece gently: hand wash in cold water with a mild wool or alpaca detergent. Avoid rubbing or wringing, and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Skip bleach and tumble drying. If needed, iron softly on low heat with a protective cloth. With a bit of love, your garment will stay soft and beautiful for years.

Is delivery free?
Yes! We’re happy to offer free delivery on all orders over $160. For smaller orders, a small shipping fee ensures your precious garment arrives safely and promptly.

What if I want to return a garment?
We want you to feel wonderful in every stitch. Please double-check your measurements before ordering, as our garments are crafted with care and precision. If it’s not quite right, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it’s in original condition. Kindly note that return shipping costs and any additional fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
